Refund Policy

At Imperium Cargo LLC, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality
transportation services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which
refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
ï‚· Service Not Rendered: If the vehicle did not arrive or the service was not
provided due to a fault on our part.
ï‚· Cancellation by Customer (if within permitted window): Customers may be
eligible for a refund if the booking is cancelled in accordance with our
cancellation terms (see Section 2).
ï‚· Service Disruption: If the trip was cut short or significantly delayed due to a
vehicle breakdown or other issues caused by us.
ï‚· Overcharges: In the case of billing errors or overcharges, we will investigate
and process appropriate refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy
To receive a full or partial refund for a cancelled booking:

Note: Different cancellation terms may apply for charter, corporate, or bulk
bookings. Please refer to your booking confirmation.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 5 days of the service date with the

ï‚· Reason for refund request

4. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be issued in the following situations:
ï‚· Customer-caused delays or incorrect pickup/drop-off information
ï‚· Traffic delays or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, road closures)
ï‚· Promotional or discounted bookings unless stated otherwise
ï‚· Failure to comply with company policies (e.g., late show-ups, passenger
misconduct)

6. Modifications or Exceptions
In some cases, we may issue partial refunds or credits at our discretion. This may
apply to loyal customers or circumstances beyond the customer’s control.
